When I joined Septeo in 2018, I hadn’t yet realised the full extent of the career opportunities that would be available to me. I’ve been fortunate to progress steadily, moving from sales to management, and then into a cross-functional role as Sales Operations Manager.

What I appreciate most is being able to contribute to projects that go beyond simply selling: improving organisation, bringing teams closer together, developing our working methods and helping to create new offerings. This variety means that no two weeks are ever the same.

If I had to sum up my career so far, I’d say that Septeo has enabled me to grow professionally by entrusting me with increasingly varied responsibilities. I’ve been able to keep learning, take on new challenges and contribute to projects that have a tangible impact on our teams and our clients.
